1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayFix (operated by MOXIE SKINS LTD, Company number: 16553071, United Kingdom), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PlayFix provides AI-powered match analysis and coaching services for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) and other supported games. Our services include:

• Automated AI analysis of gameplay matches
• Human coach review services (optional upgrade)
• Performance tracking and insights
• Credit-based payment system

Important: PlayFix is an educational coaching service only. We provide game analysis and performance improvement guidance. PlayFix does not offer, facilitate, or involve any form of gambling, betting, wagering, or games of chance. Our services are purely skill-development and educational in nature.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use PlayFix services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayFix. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to request age verification and terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

PlayFix uses a credit-based system:

• AI analysis: 20 credits per match
• Human coaching: 100 credits per match
• Team analysis: 40 credits
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-transferable. Unused credits are refundable as set out in our Refund Policy, including the 14-day statutory right to cancel; credits already spent on an analysis or a coaching session are not refundable

Promotional Credits: From time to time we may grant promotional or bonus credits (for example, as part of a limited-time offer). When granted, promotional credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits and may be used for any service. A minimum purchase of €10 EUR (100 credits) is required to unlock human coaching services.

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is available at playfix.pro/pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our secure payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to our payment provider's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems
• Submit fraudulent or invalid match IDs
• Abuse the credit system or attempt chargebacks
• Harass coaches or other users
• Scrape or data mine our service
• Resell or redistribute our analysis

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Steam / match data provider API outages
• Emergency situations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayFix and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Analysis reports generated for you are yours to use, but you may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

8. Disclaimers

PlayFix is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Improved gameplay or rank advancement
• Accuracy of AI-generated advice
• Availability of match data from Steam / match data providers
• Specific turnaround time for human coaching

9. Limitation of Liability

PlayFix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease
• Unused credits are handled as set out in the refund policy
• We may delete your data after 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
