1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how PlayFix (operated by MOXIE SKINS LTD (Company number 16553071, registered office Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend CF31 1JF, United Kingdom)) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and services.
We use two categories of cookies, named the same way in our cookie banner: Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them; Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the banner. You can accept, reject or choose at any time from "Manage Cookies" in the footer.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for a set period or until you delete them.
3. Cookies We Set
This is every cookie PlayFix sets on its own domain:
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-authjs.session-token | Necessary | Keeps you signed in. | 30 days |
__Host-authjs.csrf-token | Necessary | Protects sign-in and forms against cross-site request forgery. | Until you close the browser |
__Secure-authjs.callback-url | Necessary | Remembers which page to return to after you sign in. | Until you close the browser |
playfix-currency | Necessary | Remembers the currency you picked so prices and checkout match. | 12 months |
_ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Web analytics: counts visits and pages viewed. Set only after you accept Analytics. | 2 years |
ph_*_posthog | Analytics | Product analytics: which features are used and where errors happen. Set only after you accept Analytics. | 12 months |
Analytics cookies come from our analytics providers and are set only after you accept them. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
4. Local Storage
We also keep a few values in your browser's local storage. They are not cookies and are never sent to us automatically:
cookie_consent, cookie_consent_analytics, cookie_consent_date: Your cookie choice and when you made it.preferred_currency: The currency you picked.pendingMatchId, pendingMatchUrl: A match you pasted before signing in, so it can start after you sign in.playfix.coachApplicationId: The coach application you sent from this browser, so its status can be shown.playfix_cart: An empty list kept by the site; nothing is bought through it.
Our analytics providers also keep their own values in local storage, only after you accept Analytics cookies.
5. Your Choices
When you first visit PlayFix, the cookie banner lets you:
- Accept all cookies (Necessary and Analytics)
- Reject all, so only Necessary cookies are set
- Click "Manage" to switch Analytics on or off and save your choice
No Analytics cookie is set until you choose. You can change your choice at any time from "Manage Cookies" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking Necessary cookies stops sign-in from working.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Every change is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
