What is PlayFix?
PlayFix is an AI-powered Counter-Strike 2 coaching platform. We analyze your matches and tell you exactly what went wrong and how to improve. You can also upgrade to get personalized coaching from real high-ranked players.
How does PlayFix work?
Simple: paste your match ID from your match history, and our AI analyzes the replay. You'll get a detailed breakdown of your mistakes, decision-making, mechanics, and what to practice next. It's like having a coach watch every game.
Do I need to install anything?
Nope! PlayFix is completely web-based. Just sign up, paste your match ID, and we handle everything. No downloads, no client integrations, no hassle.
What regions do you support?
We support all major CS2 regions including NA, EU, Asia, Oceania, South America, and more.
Pricing & Credits
How much does it cost?
AI analysis costs 20 credits per match. Human coaching costs 100 credits per match. You buy credits in packs - the more you buy, the better the value. Packs range from 100 credits up to 5000 credits. Check our pricing page for current prices in your selected currency.
Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Buy them once, use them whenever you need coaching.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscriptions ever. You buy credits once and use them at your own pace. No recurring charges, no commitments.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. All payments are secure and encrypted.
How do I purchase credits?

How long does AI analysis take?
AI analysis is typically complete in under 60 seconds. Human coaching takes up to 48 hours.
What's the difference between AI and human coaching?
AI analysis is instant and gives you a detailed breakdown of mistakes, stats, and what to improve. Human coaching includes all of that plus personalized drills, custom improvement plans, and specific advice from a high-elo coach who reviews your VOD.
Can I analyze ranked and normal games?
Yes! You can analyze any CS2 match - competitive, premier, or matchmaking games.
What ranks are your coaches?
All our coaches are Faceit level 8 or higher. Many hold top Premier ratings and have years of competitive and coaching experience.
Can I save my analysis history?
Yes! All your match analyses are saved in your dashboard. You can track your improvement over time with performance graphs and historical data.
Technical Questions
Where do I find my match ID?
In CS2, go to Watch → Your Matches, select a game, and copy the match share code. It's a code that looks like CSGO-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your payment info is processed securely through our payment provider, and we never store your credit card details.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can delete your account anytime from your dashboard settings. Since there are no subscriptions, there's nothing to cancel.
