1. Introduction

Welcome to PlayFix, operated by MOXIE SKINS LTD (Company number 16553071, registered office Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend CF31 1JF, United Kingdom). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered match analysis services.

2. Information We Collect

This is everything PlayFix collects, when, and why:

• Email address, password (stored only as a hash) and display name (optional) - when: you create an account with email and password; why: to run your account and sign you in.
• IP address and the country it resolves to - when: checked when you create an account; kept with a coach application; passed to our team with a newsletter subscription; used, not stored, to limit how many contact messages one address can send; why: to refuse sign-ups from sanctioned countries and to prevent abuse.
• The replay file you upload or link to (deleted as soon as it has been read), the stats read from it for every player in the match including in-game names and Steam IDs, which player is you, and the analysis results - when: you submit a match for analysis; why: to produce and keep your analysis.
• Cardholder name, billing address, card number, expiry date and security code - when: you buy credits; why: passed over an encrypted connection to the payment processor to authorise the payment. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits and the transaction record; billing addresses you choose to save are kept in your account.
• Your training plan, coaching bookings, and your name and email shared with the coach you are matched with - when: you book coaching hours; why: to match you with a coach and let them contact you.
• Full name, email, game, current rank, coaching experience, portfolio / social links (optional) and the text you write about yourself - when: you apply to become a coach; why: to review your application by hand and reply to you.
• Name, email address and message - when: you use the contact form; why: to answer you.
• Email address - when: you subscribe to the newsletter; why: to send you the newsletter and add bonus credits to a matching account.

We do not ask for any other personal data, and we never ask for your Steam or game account password.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide match analysis and coaching
• Process payments and manage credits
• Send service emails (account, purchase, analysis-ready and coaching emails) and, if you subscribed, the newsletter
• Prevent fraud, abuse and sign-ups from sanctioned countries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data or your analyses to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our hosting and database providers, which store and run the service for us
• Our payment processor, which receives your card and billing details to authorise a payment
• Our AI model provider, which receives the stats read from your replay, including the players' in-game names, to write your coaching (not the replay file, and not your name or email)
• Our email delivery provider, which sends our emails to you
• Our analytics providers, only if you accept Analytics cookies
• The coach you are matched with, who receives your name, email and training-plan summary so they can arrange your sessions
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We protect your data with:

• TLS encryption for every connection to PlayFix
• Passwords stored only as a hash
• Card numbers never stored: they pass through our server encrypted, straight to the payment processor

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request data deletion
• Export your data
• Opt out of the newsletter
• Withdraw consent, including for Analytics cookies
• Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority

You can export your data or delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account's Privacy & Data page (sign in required). You can also exercise any of these rights by contacting us at support@playfix.pro.

7. Data Retention and Location

We keep different categories of data for different lengths of time:

• Account data, analyses, training plans and coaching bookings: kept while your account is open; deleted when you delete your account.
• Replay files: deleted as soon as they have been read, or as soon as reading fails.
• Payment and transaction records: kept for 5 years after the transaction, as accounting and anti-money-laundering law requires (see our AML Policy); identifying details are removed from them when you delete your account.
• Coach applications and contact messages: kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Backups: may hold deleted data for up to 90 days.

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, this means your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK; our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for this transfer.

8. Cookies

Necessary cookies keep PlayFix working and are always on. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from "Manage Cookies" in the footer. Every cookie we set is listed in our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest change; we will tell you about material changes by email or in the service.
