2.2 Match Analysis Data

When you submit matches for analysis, we collect:

• Match IDs
• Game performance data from Steam / match data providers
• Analysis results and coaching insights

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our secure payment provider. We do not store your full credit card information. We only store:

• Last 4 digits of your card
• Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Transaction history

7. Data Retention

We keep different categories of data for different lengths of time:

• Account data (email, password hash): retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Match analysis data and coaching reports: retained while your account is active so you can review your history; deleted within 30 days of account closure, or anonymized and kept longer only to improve our AI models.
• Transaction/billing records: retained for 5 years after the transaction, as required for accounting and anti-money-laundering record-keeping (see our AML Policy).
• Backups: may retain deleted data for up to 90 days as part of routine disaster-recovery backups.

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States (Vercel and our database provider both run our production environment in a US data center). If you are located in the EU or UK, this means your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK; our hosting providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for this transfer. You can request deletion or export of your data at any time — self-service from your account's Privacy & Data page, or by contacting support@playfix.pro.
